Jake is an accomplished property manager, handling more transactions and volume than any other Lakeland agent. As a 2nd generation realtor and 4th generation Floridian, he knows the Central Florida market. Jake started his real estate career on the construction side, flipping real estate investment property. With the market transition in 2008, Jake recognized a need for quality property management. With a sharp eye for marketing and understanding of project management, Jake quickly became one of the top five property managers in the Lakeland market and becoming the #1 Property Manager in 2014 and holding the position through 2019.

Jake graduated from University of South Florida with a degree in education. He has been a life long student of real-estate investing and owns multiple rentals of his own. He enjoys teaching investors and real estate entrepreneurs how to invest wisely and avoid common pitfalls. Jake has mentored investors growing their portfolio from 1 to over 15 properties.

Jake specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to secure quality tenants and maintain landlord’s investments, consistently exceeding their expectations. Jake has a long record of successfully guiding investors and private homeowners with their property management needs. Currently managing over 120 high quality properties in Lakeland and the surrounding areas.

As a husband and father of two, he enjoys taking his family on outdoor adventures; camping, hiking, canoeing and hunting. Jake is exceptionally well-respected in the Lakeland area, not only for his professional track record and high ethical standards, but for being a hardworking family man who puts his clients first.

Kristen Bellamy

Office Manager | CFO | MBA

Kristen joined the RE/MAX Experts Property Management team in 2011. As a graduate of USF with an MBA in finance and management, Kristen serves as the CFO. Kristen has a great deal of experience in working with accounting software, rent processing, report generation, and payroll. Kristen was born and raised in the central Florida area. As a wife and mother of two small children, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening and traveling. Kristen’s attention to detail and structured processes keep the property management team operating smoothly.

Jenny M. Vargas

Associate | Showing Specialist

Jenny joined the RE/MAX Expert Property Management Team in 2014. She serves as showing specialist and tenant liaison, dedicating her time to acquiring quality tenants and maintaining tenant relationships. Jenny has 20 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in corporate and real estate law. She is fluent in Spanish and holds an AS degree in Administrative Assistance from the University of Puerto Rico. As a wife and mother of three, she loves spending time with her family and enjoys traveling. Jenny’s outstanding customer service skills make her a perfect point of contact for landlords and tenants.
